Day 01: Arrival in Paro
- Morning: Arrive at Paro International Airport and meet your guide. Transfer to your hotel.
- Afternoon: Gentle acclimatization with a visit to the National Museum, housed in the ancient watchtower, to learn about Bhutan’s spiritual heritage.
- Evening: Stroll through Paro’s market and town center to soak in the local atmosphere. Overnight in Paro.
Day 02: Paro – Tiger’s Nest Monastery
- Morning: Early breakfast followed by a hike to Paro Taktsang, the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, perched on a cliff 900 meters above the valley. This site is not just a tourist destination but a profound place of meditation and retreat.
- Afternoon: After exploring the monastery, engage in a meditation session led by a local monk. Descend to the valley.
- Evening: Relaxation and reflection on the day’s spiritual encounters. Overnight in Paro.
Day 03: Paro to Thimphu
- Morning: Travel to Thimphu, the capital. Visit the Memorial Chorten, dedicated to world peace and prosperity, erected in memory of the Third King of Bhutan.
- Afternoon: Explore the Thimphu Dzong (Trashichho Dzong), a fortress and a monastery that is the seat of government and the monastic body.

Day 04: Thimphu to Punakha
- Morning: Drive to Punakha via the Dochula Pass, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas and visiting the 108 memorial chortens.
- Afternoon: Visit Punakha Dzong, the former capital and one of Bhutan’s most beautiful dzongs. Then, visit the divine Madman’s Monastery, Chimi Lhakhang, known for its fertility blessings.
- Evening: Meditation and prayers with the local community. Overnight in Punakha.
Day 05: Punakha to Phobjikha Valley
- Morning: Early drive to Phobjikha Valley, a glacial valley known for its serene landscapes and spiritual significance.
- Afternoon: Visit Gangtey Monastery in the valley, one of Bhutan’s oldest Nyingmapa monasteries, followed by a nature walk around the valley, known for its wintering black-necked cranes.
- Evening: Engage in a private meditation session at the monastery. Overnight in Phobjikha Valley.
Day 06: Phobjikha Valley to Paro
- Morning: Reflective morning walk in the valley. Participate in a tree planting ceremony as part of a local conservation effort.
- Afternoon: Return to Paro. Free time for last-minute shopping or exploration.
- Evening: Farewell dinner featuring traditional Bhutanese dishes and a debriefing on the spiritual insights gained during the trip. Overnight in Paro.
Day 07: Departure from Paro
- Morning: Depending on your flight schedule, have a final meditation or prayer session.
- Afternoon: Transfer to Paro International Airport for your departure, carrying with you a rejuvenated spirit and deeper peace.
